  Absolutely horrible like all the other negative reviews. Staff is wild. Bathrooms don’t even work. How this place is in business is a mystery the health dept. in Florida needs to solve!

  Terrible service. I arrived with my family; there were six of us, and the person refused to serve us because they had an order. If the customer is supposed to come first, I hope they can resolve this issue.

  To whoever owns this franchise: If you care about making money, get rid of that woman with the horrible attitude problem, Jeanine, who works here. She has terrible customer service skills, and is a pro at making the customer feel unwelcome. I’ve watched her choose to not serve any person of color who enters this establishment. All the previous complaints are about her. The store was clean though. She will burn a hole on your pocket based on all the customers lost to Royal Subs to the East and Publix to the West.
