Why would the workers put HOT SUBS in a plastic bag? Inside the bag is wet subs that fell apart

Last night I stopped in and got two sandwichs. While waiting I had a tickle in my throat and asked the employee for a water cup and he gave me one. When the time came to pay his manager or trainer told me he had to charge me for a soda as they don't give out water and that unfortunately they employe that gave me it was new and didn't know that. I replied that I didn't get a soda and wouldnt like to be charged as such. I was told “its not a big deal man it's only a couple bucks” them proceeded to tell me that it's not a big deal he will only charge me for a cookie. This was a clearly never about ensuring that rules be followed as he charged me for another item he felt was low enough cost to justify the new employees “mistake”. I left feeling manipulated and shamed for an error of the staff, as well as having to pay for that error.

Horrible customer service,the lady was rude.started my food and didn't want put veggies before toasted saying she can t do it when I know other subways do it all the time at other location so I left without the food.what a waist .
Never going there again
