  My experience at the Michael Kors Palm Beach Outlet was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The level of customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. Management should seriously consider retraining the entire staff on professionalism, respect, and how to provide consistent customer service to every customer, regardless of their race or appearance. The women (long grey hair) today was a ponytail possibly Spanish or white ethnic working in the store, along with the male, displayed unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful behavior throughout my visit. Rather than making customers feel welcome, they created an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. No one should be treated differently based on who they are, and every customer deserves courtesy and respect. Believe I was there to spend ruthless money darling.. This store reflects very poorly on the Michael Kors brand. If leadership is unwilling to address the ongoing customer service issues, then the company should seriously evaluate whether this location is being managed appropriately. Extensive customer service training and stronger leadership are clearly needed as more customers have similar experiences. I sincerely hope corporate takes complaints like this seriously and holds this location to the standards customers expect from the Michael Kors brand.
