  the instructions to print from email are entirely wrong. i had to wait 10 minutes to receive the necessary code to print. their wifi sucks and continues to go in and out. this is ALWAYS the case the last 3 times I've been here. Find a staples or office Depot. simple and quick.... And if you're doing multiple tasks like print from email and then want to make copies you have to reinsert your card every time there's a new task. I'll never go there again. I'll drive 7 minutes further for a peace of mind.

  Jose is the worst store manager I have ever came across who treats a customer like that please fedex look into who you are hiring . Do not come here

  The lady in the front is very rude, I ship items here but every time I go she has an attitude and not helpful at all, will be taking my business somewhere else thanks to this lady
