  Came in on 9/9/26 and asked to use the restroom and was told they don't allow customers to use the restroom. I left and went to a different auto parks store. Denying a human to use the restroom in 2026 is honestly inhuman.

  Honestly worst auto parts I've ever been to. You might as well go to the one on Belvedere & Dixie instead of the okeechobe. Guys at the cash register play scamming games & try to get you to buy extra things it's weird. I went in to get a new battery, wasn't sure if i wanted to just charge my old one or not. First they try to push the highest price battery on me, then when I saw cheaper ones they got upset instantly about it not fitting my car. Mind you i already came in earlier and found a cheaper one that did fit my car. I left the previous cheaper battery because the cashier guy got upset that I wouldn't buy two bottles of fuel injector cleaner that I didn't ask for or need. When I said no I just want the battery, he took it back and threatened to give me the expensive one instead. Which is why I went with a different cashier next time, who then told me that my battery can't charge. Which is bullshit considering a week ago I charged it at the autozone on Dixie and Belvedere. It only died because I was cleaning and left my fan running with the car off. Smh never going back to this place ever!

  Never again. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent staff. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help, the employees made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. Definitely not a store I would recommend or return to.

  Today almost last minute before traveling I needed Wipers. I was received by one of the gentlemen on the floor by the name of Victor. Okeechobee location. A very pleasant and warm smile he welcomed Victor thoroughly looked up the type of wipers for my make and model. I had not mentioned to him, but when he returned from stock with a set of wipers, they were exactly what I was going to ask for. Victor Escorted me to the car, took his time and installed my wipers! Victor was very professional courteous and patient! I definitely see leadership in this young man🙏🏾
