  Today almost last minute before traveling I needed Wipers. I was received by one of the gentlemen on the floor by the name of Victor. Okeechobee location. A very pleasant and warm smile he welcomed Victor thoroughly looked up the type of wipers for my make and model. I had not mentioned to him, but when he returned from stock with a set of wipers, they were exactly what I was going to ask for. Victor Escorted me to the car, took his time and installed my wipers! Victor was very professional courteous and patient! I definitely see leadership in this young man🙏🏾

  Incredibly rude manager , Jorge I believe, . We (my son & I) came down to return a trailer hitch I purchased a week ago ; it was the wrong size for our truck. I had my son go in and ask about returning it and the employee gave him a cart to bring it in (very heavy item) . The trailer hitch had not been touched ! It still had the plastic wrap around it. We also had the cardboard box it came in , in its entirety, but it was bent in a couple of places. We also brought in the receipt. When my son came back in the door the her was informed by Jorge that he cannot accept the return. Very poor customer service and very sketchy about their return policy . I have never been treated this way about a return at any Advance Auto parts Now I am stuck with a brand new trailer hitch that does not fit my vehicle. Definitely my last purchase with AA Parts .
