  Used the Advanced Auto app to place an online order. The item turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle. The associate helped to find the right fitting part that was available in store. This saved me a great deal time and frustration on my end had he not checked and sent me on my way when I picked up my order. Great service. The app could use a bit more work.

  Battery died. Went to Advanced to get tested. Turned out I needed a new one. Jorge was the definition of amazing. He was so professional he calmed me down and dealt with my Battery issues with ease. Thank you for making a stressful situation better for me Jorge. You need to be cloned and spread in all stores. Would definitely recommend this Advanced zone. The whole staff have proven themselves more than once.

  A couple of weeks ago, I called to inquire about a doughnut spare tire. I really appreciated Vince (sorry, correct me if I got the name wrong), who checked and was so knowledgeable about the inventory after calling several other places where the website says they have it. Still, the person on the phone says they didn't. He and Angel were so helpful, and I got a jack, too.

  Went to this advance found what I needed which was a plus after paying I asked to use the restroom to wash my hand and got told that their restroom is not for public use. They said I should go to staples next door. An available bathroom for customer use is required and is part of customer service. Will definitely be avoiding this place
