  I bring my battery in the guy first gives me a little attitude. He tells me to put the battery on this little cart. Tell them OK check the battery. He says the battery is low so I told him fine. Give me a new battery. That’s why I have warranty and I paid extra for it and he tells me no you have to wait three hours so I can charge your battery. What kind of stuff is going on here I did not pay for a battery from a third-party or anything like that for that I would’ve just paid $50 and got to Walmart horrible service. I’m calling the district manager.

  Today, I visited this store and realized I was a bit too demanding. However, the staff took their time with me and ensured that my part was the correct fit. Despite the pouring rain, the helpful employee even went outside to retrieve the VIN for my car. This level of attention to detail is rare, and I want to express my gratitude for their exceptional service. Therefore, I am giving this store a 5-star rating.

Despite relocating further away, I have found few companies where they are mechanically inclined such a deep understanding of their products and ensure precise compatibility. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, setting a standard that I hope other branches will aspire to achieve.
