  Customer service and staff are very unprofessional. Everytime I come the people up front are on their phones and just take there time getting me my order. This location needs some serious training .

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I placed an online order and was told my food had been ready since 8:15 PM. Yet I was left standing around waiting, wasting my time, while nobody seemed to care enough to properly resolve the situation. After waiting and getting nowhere, I asked for my money back. I was told the refund wasn’t going through and was eventually told to go online to handle it myself. So let me get this straight: you can take my money, leave me standing there waiting for an order that was supposedly ready, fail to provide the level of service I paid for, and then tell me to go online when I ask for my money back? I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. This was completely unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to spend my entire evening chasing down a refund because your location couldn’t properly handle an online order. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. My time is valuable, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  Hour and half way and they charge me CC and told me sorry we never got your order. Place is a joke.

  Disgusting! Smells like aged old meat! The smell is horrible and the place is ran down. It takes forever for them to prepare your food and the whole staff have nasty attitudes. I do not recommend eating from here.

  A positive attitude goes a long way! Right after I ordered there were two workers there, a young lady in the back and a young man named Tiren at the front desk! His service was immaculate, never loosing his professionalism or positive attitude as they became swamped with orders! Our food was delicious and didn’t take long to come out! He’s a keeper!
