  We made an appointment for my daughter to have her finger prints done for EMT school. She was sent there by DTIS going through the EMT program at Pasco Hernando State College. We paid alot for the fingerprinting and the UPS store located in Wesley Chapel or Zeph was the only two options given to us to have the fingerprints done because it automatically goes straight to the College. An employee named Maxine (I did not receive the spelling of her name) came to help us. My daughter has sweaty hands and the machine wasn't reading her finger prints. After about 5 mins. Maxine asked other employees if something was wrong with the machine and they said "No", another person walked in as a walkin, no appointment and Maxine wanted to do her finger prints. I did mention that we had an appointment and we paid a lot of money and that we needed to please figure this out. I asked her to ask other employees for any kind of tricks, wiping down the fingerprint machine after each finger, my daughter using hand sanitizer, anything to help. She got annoyed with me trying to find a way and continued to then help the next person behind us in line. I asked her what are we to do because we needed this done? We a few employees came over and tried but they didn't want to get involved and blamed it on the computer. I asked if she was going to come back and help my daughter after the other lady was done and She started to ignore me. So I told her that I was going to report her behavior and why can't we find someone else to help figure this out. And this is where Tatianna came over and stepped in to help. At this time Maxine walked away and said "I won't help her. She said that she's going to report me". I also had my 9 year old daughter with us and she told me that Maxine made mean faces behind my back while we continued to work with Tatianna. That was so sad to hear because my 9 year old should not have to experience an employee acting like that. It was so unsettling that I reached out to corporate. I want to take a moment a Praise Tatianna!! She stepped in so kindly and understood what was going on and wanted to help us get the fingerprints done. She understood that some fingerprints can be harder than others. She even Called DTIS and they walked her through the entire process and was able to accomplish my daughter's finger prints. She would be an amazing Manager. I was so thankful for her that I wanted to cry in relief and appreciation. It's not easy to find kind people these days that just want to help and want to figure things out that are challenging without sending someone away. I'm so grateful for her because I don't know what we would have done. It would have been difficult to have to go to the college to find where else to go and to get our money back through DTIS. Maxine never considered those things but Tatianna did and I will be forever grateful for her.

  We showed up at 5:43pm to get my child’s affidavit notarized. My mom forgot her id so we turned around and came back at 6:18 pm. They don’t close until 7pm and the worker stated that she stops notary services at 6pm. If you close at 7pm that should be when you stop services. Your website states notary’s available and your posted hours. Do better. They also knew we were there before 6 too, the guy in the yellow shirt notarizes.. they had someone there and turned us away after coming back when there wasn’t even anyone behind us in line.

  The Saturday morning crew: Ms.Max, Damian, and Johnny, were an absolute pleasure to work with. My best friend and I overheard a patron being a bit unreasonable with with the staff and the 3 of them handled it with a smile and grace. Great team dynamic. Ive never walked into a UPS and wanted to come back and "hangout" with staff, their energy was welcoming. Johnny was our attendant for the most and he went above and being to make sure we were happy with our father's bday announcement. Wishing them all the best, sincerely the Comedy Club ;)
