  Poor digital customer service and my package was lost. There is no way to contact the store directly over the phone. The AI agent tells you “call the store” and when I speak to an agent, they also say to “call the store,” but the kicker is that when I call the store, I am redirected to the AI agent or the live agent with the tracking department, both of which tell me to “call the store” and cannot actually assist with my claim for the lost package. This is a circular loop that needs to be addressed by UPS management, and here is the fix: give the caller an option to speak directly to someone at the UPS Store when the number is called.

  I want to acknowledge Lee for his help on a troublesome Amazon return we had yesterday. As the product came from a third party shipper we were not given the correct return labels by the third party to return the product. He went above and beyond excellent customer service getting Amazon to help us resolve the issue. Thanks again for great customer service!

  Great place to drop off packages in and out under a minute. Also open on Sundays till 3pm.

  Terrific service by knowledgeable staff. Despite the volume/popularity of this location, the wait time is usually minimal
