  Went here to do a fingerprint for the Florida Department of Health and the scanner did not work and I had no support from the staff. Had to leave and go to a different place.

  I’m 9months pregnant and had to return quite a few things today. Once of which was a heavy box that my husband had loaded for me into my car earlier. Rasheed gives TOP TIER SERVICE! Not only did he help me with my boxes with a smile on his face but he helped me navigate some shipping obstacles that honestly weren’t even obstacles with his help. I was in and out. Kudos to you RASHEED!! You’re an amazing asset and great person. Thank you for all your help

  I want to sincerely thank the UPS employee who helped me during a very stressful situation. I shipped a package and was originally told it would be delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately, the delivery estimate changed to 4 days. I was extremely worried because the person receiving the package was flying out on the morning of the 4th. I went to the UPS office and explained the situation. The manager was incredibly helpful he personally called the distribution center and spoke with the team to find out how quickly the package could realistically be delivered. They were able to move the delivery time from 9 PM to 12 PM, but unfortunately my friend’s flight was at 8 AM. I then asked if the package could be returned, and the manager handled it incredibly quickly. The package was returned safely and in perfect condition. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and effort shown by this employee. I was so worried that my package might get lost, but thankfully everything worked out because someone took the time to help me. May God bless the person who helped me. It is rare to receive this level of care and support. Thank you so much for your help I truly appreciate it!

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The location is well organized, the staff is friendly and professional, and the service is consistently quick and reliable. It has become my go-to place for printing, Amazon returns, shipping packages, and anything else I need to courier. During my recent visit, Sam was especially helpful, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from Sam and the entire UPS team. Highly recommend this location!
