  Extraordinary service. I had a major issue with an employee and UPS went to the location, retrieved the office supplies, packed, them securely, and had them shipped to me across the country. They were seemless, patience, flexible, reasonable and beyond accommodating! They made me feel like I had an extension of my team right there in Florida! I would highly recommend this store!

  I cannot say enough good things about V, Haley and Chris at UPS! I was dealing with a shipment situation from miles away, which could have easily turned into a stressful nightmare, but they stepped in and completely saved the day. V was wonderfully attentive, patient, and proactive—taking the initiative to resolve my issue seamlessly when I couldn't be there in person. It is rare to find customer service that is this reliable, efficient, and genuinely caring. If you ever need help with a complex shipment or just want peace of mind knowing your packages are in good hands, they are the absolute best. Thank you, V, for truly going above and beyond!

  Don’t show up at 8 they open when they fell like it. Left at 8:20 still no one there. Hopefully they will be open after 5

  John was very helpful and courteous. He was able to put a scamming attack to a screeching halt when it came to shipping out one of our phones. All in all he saved us a world of headaches thanks a million John!

  Couldn’t be worst. 3 attempts to take passport photos, none of them I was able to. Called before they said yes, we drove with my hole family. Printer wasn’t working, camera wasn’t charged, always a different issue. Don’t even try to print something, terrible experience! It’s just not for them. If it were my business I would be really concerned about the future of it.
