  ramon was absolutely amazing and provided some of the best customer service i have received. he took the time to help me find the right marine wax and made sure i understood which product would work best for what i needed. he was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help instead of making me feel rushed. he answered all of my questions and made the entire experience quick and easy. employees like ramon are the reason customers feel comfortable coming back. i really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend asking for him if you need assistance. five stars for ramon and his excellent customer service

  Didn't have the item finding out none of the auto stores had it. One said next to hp to the junk yard to find it.

  Sean and Lance are AMAZING! Stopped in to get some air fresheners and a quote on batteries. Their customer service was better than anywhere I've been. They both walked me through options, return policies, and pricing like pros. I wouldn't choose to shop anywhere else. Their combined expertise made me feel like I'm in safe and knowledgeable hands. If either of them are in the building you will be taken care of.

  Wow!!! When I tell you this Advance Auto Parts Store is by far the BEST. Lance went over and beyond to help me with my Auxiliary Battery installation. Lance just didn’t give up when I did which is why I went to the store. I praise her to the highest. Thank you for such amazing customer service u are the BEST

  Today I was driving in between job sites and saw a car on the side of the road unable to move due to running out of gas. Fortunately it was right in front of this Advanced Auto Parts. I ran inside and asked if they had a gas can I can borrow to help them out and get them back on the road. Lance, while helping customers both in person and over the phone, handed me a gas can to assist them. She had great customer service and truly helped me with the ability to help a couple stressing out on the side of the road. Just the kindness and work ethic was unparalleled which made me want to write this review. Great job over here guys.
