  The worst experience in my life! I had an inexperienced technician replace my battery and fried my alternator and car stereo by reversing the polarity. The company jerked me around for months until recently when they decided to pay me half of my out of pocket costs for replacing the parts they damaged. Long story short, now taking them to small claims court. No way of reaching corporate office…kicks you back to the regional and district managers who are both non-responsive. Lack of accountability from the top down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHAIN FOR ANYTHING.

  Sean was awesome!!! I needed to get my battery replaced and new wiper blades installed. He explained the warranty on the wiper blades which I didn’t know about but definitely got. He was so kind. He replaced my battery and installed my new wiper blades on my Chevy Blazer in no time. His customer service was excellent and he definitely deserves recognition for it. Thanks Sean!

  I had my battery replaced by Micha . He was the only employee handling walking customers, answering calls and everything else in between. Not only that I was impressed by his outstanding customer service skills ! He was also an amazing mechanic . It’s truly a refreshing feeling when we have young man that have his passion and kind service.

  Again Misha (spelling could be wrong) GM went above and beyond to help me. He changed my air filter, wipers with the utmost customer service. Also helped me with price quotes on parts Pep boys said I needed. He also said he didn't think I need the parts right now and a customer waiting agreed. I will recommend this storetl to everyone. Thank you for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
