  Amazing customer service- immediately diagnosed our issue and helped us purchase and install a new car battery. We were in and out in under half an hour, and they were helping multiple customers at once. We will be back for any future needs, highly recommend!

  I tell the millennial/GenZ rep at the counter that I just wanted to let him know that the sign to the store is completely covered up by the trees coming from the direction of 75 N. Instead of appreciate the feedback he goes into the typical passive aggression and says what about the banner? I said I’m looking for the sign that’s on every AutoZone building not looking for a variant banner. He wasn’t happy with that response and reluctantly thanked me. The bad apples in these two generations is pan pandemic level levels.
