  This store is amazing, I’m so lucky to have this UPS store close to home. I used them a lot and have only received exceptional service from everyone there. They have s great team and are always accommodating to my needs and take care of me in a timely manner. As a busy mom and having child with special needs I’m always using their services for a number of reasons and they are always very helpful, sometimes even assisting me without me having to go to the store, which is very helpful to me and my lifestyle. Amanda is amazing, communicative and very dedicated to providing a wonderful service!

  **5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service from Gabriel!** I had a fantastic experience at this UPS store thanks to Gabriel. I brought in a difficult print job with misaligned margins that would have made the final copies useless. Gabriel wisely printed a test copy first, identified the issue, and worked to fix it in the machine settings. When he hit a roadblock, he resourcefully used AI to troubleshoot and resolve the problem perfectly. Earlier today, I waited 45 minutes at Office Depot for a similar issue, and their staff didn't have half the knowledge or problem-solving skills that Gabriel demonstrated. Outstanding job, Gabriel—thank you!

  Gabriel, some advice for you. Words are free. I came in a few minutes before 10. I didn’t realize that you were not open. When I saw you behind the cage, you looked at me and SAID NOTHING. I walked out and checked the time to realize I was a few minutes early. I went and sat in my car. We saw you open the cage, and I waited a couple of minutes before walking over again. I tried the door and it did not open. I sat and waited on the bench. After a couple of more minutes, I tried again and knocked. You gave me a motion to open the door and again it would not open. You came over and pushed the door and realized that it would not open. You finally opened the door for me, and again SAID NOTHING. I followed you to the counter and said I had an Amazon return. You SAID NOTHING. I asked your name and you finally spoke...Gabriel. At the end of the transaction I politely told you thank you and have a nice day. You responded in kind at the end, which I appreciated. Customer service is important, and again words are free. A simple good morning or sorry goes a long way. I will keep my business with the UPS store at another location.
