  The service at this location is always 10/10. No line and great service. They deserve a shout out and a raise too. This is my favorite location.

  Very rude staff and zero customer service skills. I was carrying a huge rug and needed help in making an Amazon return. The older guy that took care of me kept telling me to “read the instructions” on Amazon, when I was doing exactly what they said. He insisted that UPS has nothing to do with their drivers or their failure to pick up items and leave return labels if the pickup attempt fails. Rude and disgusting attitude, if he had been at least polite in clearing up the confusion I would have felt a lot better.

  More worried about their statical numbers than helping me find a solution. When I asked them how can I fix my problem . They just Gave me the I don’t know look. Crappy customer service . If I can’t rely on humans to get an answer to a problem, but I can find it out online then what’s the point of having this UPS store open?
