    Servers are subpar at best. Unhappy and don't listen. Nothing from this visit was good. Not the food. Not the service and certainly not the servers. Sorry but NEVER AGAIN!

    The Haitian sandwich maker was on her phone chatting nonstop from the time I entered the store til I left. This is rude. The bread was not fresh. Too hard.

    Awful experience. The lady making the sandwiches was so rude. I asked for a B.M.T but to please substitute ham for turkey. She refused to substitute it and spoke to us like she was annoyed with us being there in the first place. I remember when Subway used to allow you have Sandwhiches your way. This is either an outlier store or Subway has gone downhill. Very disappointed.

    I ordered for pickup. The order was ready right away & the area is clean & safe. This particular subway is located on a corner of a shopping plaza & is very small with just a few small seats inside & outside & a bit older, so not necessarily ideal for a special sit down experience. I was able to use a coupon & the order was ready when I arrived. The actual sub was made well. The only down side was the bread was a bit dry/stale. I'd order here again. Thanks!

    I placed an online order through the app at around 8:30 tonight. The second I order I realized it’s for the wrong location. Accidents happen.. I tried calling to get my order cancelled before it was made but the phone didn’t even ring. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I started chatting to a bot who then sent me a email saying my order was already made, I can come pick it up by 9:30 and they can’t give me a refund. Spent $25 on food I didn’t even receive an horrible customer service.
