  *****DO. NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR WITH CRICKET AT ALL**** This place and cricket are a complete joke..cricket has been advertising a promotion where you “supposedly” get an iPhone 16e for $80 plus a bunch of fees.. Okay so we contact this store, they tell us yes they have the promotion and the phones we need, and give us a final price for 4 phones + the plan, etc.. Based on phone conversation we spend an hour driving to this store, it then takes about another 45 minutes to do everything to get the phones - and then at the end of all the circus hoops, we’re told “Hmmmm, I’m getting an “error” when I’m trying to complete the transaction…” This “error” sparks off another 20 minutes of sitting there, until finally we’re told “Oh sorry, the computer is just not giving you the promotion..You have to pay full price for the phones” After arguing with the idiot we’re dealing with for a few additional minutes, the following is finally agreed to and understood: - Cricket is in fact running this promotion - We do qualify for the terms of the promotion - There is nothing disqualifying us from the promotion (port in numbers, etc) - It’s acknowledged that we were told to come in because the phones were in fact in stock, to be bought using the promotion - The computer/system is simply not giving us the promotion - No one can fix this, and there is no reason given as to why we are not being allowed to use the promotion. - Cricket is sorry they are advertising something that they refuse to honor for customers who come in to claim it, but that’s just “how it is”. - Would we like to pay full price for the phones? This is after close to a 2 and half hour ordeal with these complete scam artists.. What’s going on at this store, and at “cricket” in general is called a “Bait and Switch SCAM”, where they lure you into the stores with false advertising - completely waste your time, gas, money, etc; and then when it comes time to actually live up to the OFFER that THEY make in the ads? Suddenly the “system” gets a mysterious “glitch”, and the $80 phone you were promised? Well that’s $599 now.. That’s how they do things at cricket..If you didn’t know that? Now you do 👍🏻 Do yourself a TREMENDOUS favor, save your very expensive gas, your valuable time, and save yourself a LOT of aggravation - and find a REPUTABLE STORE and an HONEST CARRIER.. YOU WILL NOT FIND EITHER OF THOSE HERE - AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

  Great friendly customer service and very helpful to our family Thank you Shawn, Giselle and Amy. This location is recommended. ***REVISED*** On 11/23/18, my Wife and I went in to purchase a new phone Nick the store manager offered me a great deal on the phone. I paid and waited for them to finish setting up my phone to no avail. Nick and Evy tried to put in the sim card. The phone required a tray for the sim card and they didnt have it. I said its no big deal we just need a refund. Nick stated we cant do that. I responded with let me talk to the district manager so I may get my money back. I haven't left the store with any merchandise. Still no refund. While on location I called my bank to dispute the charges. SMDH
