  Vivian never showed up for my appointment. I was scheduled for 12:20 and waited until 12:40. A very sweet Macy’s manager apologized for the inconvenience.

  Vivian was great! Love my eyebrows. Vivian was knowledgeable and picked the perfect tint and her waxing was excellent. I am very happy and will definitely book another appointment with her.

  Omg! I have not done waxing for my eyebrows in years! I went to threading, now I am back to waxing! Run, do not walk!!! Vivian is AMAZING! She talked me through it all, she showed me each step. She mapped out my brows first and showed me what they could look like and then once I gave the okay, she waxed them! THEY LOOK AMAZING!!! I have to let parts grow back in due to them being messed up by threading. She explained to me that they will look sparse in areas because that is where it needs to be grown back in. She gave me a schedule to follow to come back and clean them up. In a few months I should have great looking brows again!!! I will not go to anyone else! Plus since she is in Macy’s you can use your star money and get points!!!
