  I dropped off a return today. I received exceptional customer service and the store was bright and extremely clean. Great experience!! I found my new shipping store close by and I highly recommend them.

  The staff helped make this one of the easiest returns. Also my package was big and bulky and I had assistance as soon as I walked into the store. So glad you opened!

  I had Amazon return in a really large heavy box, ( reclining chair) I walked inside asked for a dolly , I'm 60 yes old and weak, the girl behind counter not only helped me with a dolly, but also took the box out of the car by herself and would not let me assist.Her name is Raquel, we'll then I needed 2 labels for return, Another woman by the name of Zee also went above and beyond by contacting Amazon on my phone to retrieve a second label since only 1 was provided.

  Walked in holding my baby and a bag of amazon returns. Normally they say let me do it at the desk for you since it is easier. Nope not today! The lady says are those amazon returns? I said yes, then she proceeds to say... you need to do those at the kiosk, it's really easy! My response was yes it is really easy when you aren't holding a baby... then she does nothing! No oh you're right let me help you. I usually have no issue doing them myself but some help this time would have been appreciated! I have always liked this location but this rubbed me the wrong way today for her to watch me struggle doing all my amazon returns by myself at the kiosk while juggling holding a baby.I will drive back to the one on 50 from now on due to this!

  ABSOLUTELY BEST UPS Store ever!! Super helpful and friendly team, will help you over the phone. We look forward to seeing these wonderful people every time we're in! We also LOVE the optional self+help Amazon Returns station for expediency, and team will also assist w AMZ at counter if preferred. Location super convenient next to Publix, Walgreens, Dunkin, restaurants, pet spa, nail salon, smoke shop, liquor store, etc.
