This was one of the most disappointing Subway experiences I’ve had. The employee was using a mobile phone while preparing food, which is unprofessional and raises hygiene concerns. To make matters worse, my sub was handled and wrapped with one hand that wasn’t gloved.
The sandwich itself was noticeably smaller than expected, and I was told I could only choose up to four toppings. One of the main reasons customers come to Subway is to customize their sandwiches, so limiting toppings defeats the purpose of the experience.
Overall, the service, food handling practices, and portion size were far below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.
