  I was charged a tip when I did not select a tip. I will be very careful using your credit card at this location. I told the employee, but he was no help. I got the impression that he already knows what’s going on based on the polished answer, he gave me.

  Rude and nasty comments about everyone that comes in they don't want business they just want to gossip mind you these are women n men that are like 20-40 years old

  Although this location shows an Italian Hero on it's online and store menu, when my wife went to the store they said they do NOT have such a sub. What??? Bait and switch.
