  I’m really disappointed with my experience today at Subway on 45th st in Vero Beach FL.. I went in specifically for the 2 footlong subs for $12.99 deal. Before ordering, I clearly asked the employee if the deal required ordering online. She said something in broken English that I couldn’t understand. There was no one in the store so I asked her again and she said, she could take my order, so I went ahead and ordered two very basic subs. When she rang me up, the total was $25. I asked her what happened to the deal for $12.99 and now clearer then before she told me the deal only applies online. I told her that’s what I asked before, she just started at me and repeated the price. At that point the subs were already made, and I was tired, hungry, and ready to get home to my son, so I just paid it. But the whole situation could have been avoided with clear communication. I’m not only upset about the price as it was $13 more but I’m also upset that I asked upfront and still ended up paying double. Very frustrating experience.

  There was no meat on my sub and then I couldn’t use my coupon for a chicken sub I never go back to this store

  Went to this subway may 22 2026 and the lady that was working there skipped over half the ingredients for my cold cut sub I told her she skip some of the meats and she said she didn’t

  Met a family member up her during her lunch. we sat inside and socialize while she was on her lunch break. the food smelt and looked good. this is the first subway in years that i have walked into and didnt get great with a putrid rotten food smell that lingere. Everything look freshly prepped and properly stored. The young Female that was on shift took us was super nice and energic. she was doing mutiple duties at a time and handle it without any hesitation and or caused a rush hour back up. within 3 mins everything was ordered prepped,payed for.. the atmosphere is nice and mellow. the inside temperature was at the perfect winter time temp. There is a variety of all kinds of people come here to get there food however they seemed super friendly and respectful. All around this is the only subway around that i would trust and recommend.

  Nothing to complain about. The place was clean the veggies were fresh and the service was very good!!
