  evere Underwriting Errors, Double Billing, and Abandoned Servicing. Avoid this agency. Working with producer Brooke Weidner resulted in administrative negligence, billing errors, and zero account servicing. Careless Underwriting: Bound multiple vehicles under the wrong owners without verifying titles, leases, or finance companies, creating severe insurable interest defects that forced full policy rewrites. Untransmitted Cancellation & Double Billing: Claimed in writing that prior carrier cancellations were processed, but failed to transmit cancellation for our truck. This triggered an unauthorized auto-renewal with our previous carrier while Allstate was drafting premiums concurrently. Rating Errors & Abandoned Service: Bound a low-mileage storage vehicle under default commute rates due to missing mileage data, inflating the premium. When asked to submit a standard underwriting mileage correction, the producer claimed agents cannot adjust mileage and simply dumped us into Allstate's corporate 1-800 queue. An agency takes commissions to service its accounts. When errors happen and they push you to corporate to clean up their mess, having an agent is a liability. Transferring all business away.
