  I was contacted by Allstate insurance about a month ago to go over my policy. I wasn't going to bother with it until I received another call yesterday from Allstate Rep Leti Gonzalez....who had not forgotten to go over my policy with her. Lete was very imformative and answer all my questions....Gotta Love Allstate

  After a mix up with our homeowners Leticia took gret care with us. and fixed the issues and gave additional information for fixing the issue on the Insurance carrier side also. She was professional, friendly and got the job done!

  My RV insurance was coming due and I had questions on an apparent increase in cost, Letty looked up my policy and made several suggestions that actually help me pay less for the policy. She provided great customer service and could identify with my concerns and needs, wish I got that kind of personal attention from my health care providers. KDM

  Finally save some money on car insurance, if we did not have a meeting I would have paid more money. But still waiting on home policy and mold due to shower leaking water in the 2nd bathroom.....
