  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Cricket. I came in for help with my phone and was met with rude, unprofessional behavior from the representative. Customers should not be treated this way. Management needs to address the behavior at this location.

  David is an amazing employee, he went above and beyond to help me get my number port issue resolved. He was very patient and respectful. I'm so glad he was there to help me get a phone. He deserves some appreciation !!

  Waste of time going, for my Uncle. He was having trouble. They said his phone basically was a paper weight. He only had it 2 months. Came back to my house and my husband fixed it in afew house. People these days. Come on really.
