I had the best experience that you could ever have at an auto parts store, ha ha IRL the store manager went above and beyond and helped me to figure out why my battery light came on. First he checked the life of my battery and alternator., and then noticed that the sticks’ clip that holds my hood up was broken and the battery was burning the metal on the stick and thinks maybe that is why my battery was shorting out. Regardless, if my light comes back on or not, he went above and beyond found the clip for my car, took the old one off and put the new one on for me. I am so very appreciative., I would have wanted to give him a tip, but I didn’t have any cash. He was very professional, kind, caring, and went out of his way to help me and that goes a long way in today’s society.. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS, IRL
