    Great people the 1 star review is due entirely to consistently NOT being open at their posted opening hours. Not excusable: change your hours if you can’t be there on time. I should add a photo of people waiting out front past opening time that I’ve pulled up on at least a dozen times now.

    I came in to The UPS store this morning and had such an amazing experience! Both the manager Sarah and employee Melissa were very knowledgeable , friendly and very efficient!!! I will definitely recommend everyone to come here! I come in often and have always had such an amazing experience! Thank you Sarah and Melissa!!!

    Buyer beware!! They are dishonest and rude! Was in town for a funeral and went ship some smaller items and also an oversized item. For the small items I was asked if I wanted more bubble wrap added to what had already been bubble wrapped and I declined. I was never asked about paper packing in the box. When the box arrived they was shocked at how my items where in there with no packaging. On the large oversized item it was an antique and was going to cost a small fortune. The girls said the cost a based on size and where it is whipping to. I forget how in came up in conversation but after the fact she said the box alone would cost $40. She never mentioned an additional charge for packing paper or bubble wrap. She suggested we try to take the pice apart so it fit in a smaller box. We said we would and then return the next day. She warned the people working the next day were not very bright and said she would leave notes and tell them to call her. We returned the next day with the piece still as it was since we couldn’t get apart. No notes were left and the young clerk finally hit a hold of her only to tell her what size box to use. The girl asked if we wanted bubble wrap and said it’s an extra charge. I asked what they normally pack with and she said paper. I said paper was fine because we don’t want to pay extra.. it’s a already costing $565. When it was time to pay she charged us $641! I told her that is not the price we were told and she said the extra money is for the packing paper. No one ever said there was a charge for packing paper and when I told her that she would not even look at me. As my elderly mother was about up dry I laid and we left. The next business day I called to talk to the original associated and she was very rude and insisted she told us packing was extra. She did not. She gave me the owners dinner. Her name is Adid. The owner was very rude. She said we could come pick the piece up if we didn’t want to pay. I explained we were already back up north. She said she would talk to the associate names Sarah who we dealt with and call me back. When she called back she said Sarah insisted we were told the packing had a cost. She offered to send the piece with no packing which of course I said no. And then said she would listen to the recordings. She was obviously lying because if there were recordings she would hear that we were never to there is an extra cost for packing paper. They essentially charged us $80 for packing paper and when the box arrived we were horrified at how little packing paper was in the box. This woman is a liar, and a thief!!!

    April 29 ... The Manager, Sarah, was so helpful, friendly and efficient yesterday while I was shipping some boxes. But she went above and beyond though ... Sarah saw I had a bag with my X-finity box that I was about to return to the X-finity store ... She offered to return it for me ! I had no idea UPS provided that service and I sure appreciated leaving it with Sarah instead of traveling to an X-finity store. BRAVO Sarah 👏 April 30 ... Here I am back with more boxes to return and Melissa assisted me this time. She was very efficient, a hard worker and very friendly and smart. I will only go to THIS UPS LOCATION from now on. You girls are a great asset to UPS
