  Responded to a mailer from this agency and my insurance was about to expire. Gave them a call and spoke with Emely who worked all my coverages on my house, 2 cars, and 1 boat. Saved over $1,000 this year. Thanks, Emely!

  Today, I was frustrated because I didn’t know how to get into my Flood Insurance Policy! I needed assistance through Allstate, my Insurance Carrier! I have to say that both Rebecca and Nathalie at the Venice Allstate agency, personally took their time to sweetly and carefully walk me through steps that allowed me to view and set up my Flood Insurance “check in” account!!! Rebecca and Nathalie took their time to follow through with me, eased my frustration and stayed with me on the phone until everything was fixed and working for me!!! Thank you Rebecca & Nathalie!!!🥰💕 I also wanted to say that I love my Homeowners and Car Insurance policies with Allstate!!! Great prices & great coverage!!! Thank you!!!🩷

  I have been dealing with insurance agents for over 40 years, but I have never had an agent as wonderful as Emely Barrera. The best ways for me to describe her are intelligent, aggressively charming and joyfully persistent. I never felt pressured in my efforts to insurance 4 vehicles. Emely's knowledge of the product gave her so many options to gain my business, plus her infectious personality exudes over the phone. Allstate is truly blessed to have such a loyal and dedicated employee as Emely. She is a diamond in the rough!

  As my homeowners insurance is coming due soon I have recently recieved a number of promotional flyers. I recieved one from your organization and I called to inquire further. I spoke with Emely Barrera. Emely was extremely professsional in the way she handled my questions and explained in detail the proposal I had received. I provided her with information on my current insurance and she updated the proposal to match that information. In addition to she reviewed my auto insurance information and my golf cart insurance information. It was just before 5 pm when we finished our conversation and she assured me she would provide my with a complete quote early the next day. As promised I received the quote at 8:30 am. I was very pleased with the quote and the process so I called to move forward with the policies. Emely quickly returned my call and we worked out the details. In the last 10 days I have talked with several other insurance companies, including other Allstate agents, and up to the point I talked with Emily I had pretty much decided to stay with my current insurance carrier, mostly because I didn't feel comfortable with any other options, although some were less expensive to a degree. Emily came across as honest and she took the time to understand my needs, and I felt she had given me accurate details. Working with a trusted agent is important to me, and Emely made me feel like this was the right company to work with.
