  Transitioning my car insurance from previous carrier to Allstate was completed quickly and very easily. The individuals I spoke with at Fisher Family Insurance were very helpful in working with me to make the transition. Highly recommend them; particularly to anyone in the Sarasota & Charlotte County area of Florida.

  My insurance premium increased starting in December, and no one explained why. I will not be renewing it. The company also refused to send me an invoice for the services I had paid for.

  Tried to stop in to speak to someone and the office was locked and looked abandoned. Cant find new office. Was informed there is clear signage directing people yet clearly there is not, or I would have found it. Staff is rude and acts like any question was outlandish to ask. They were a nightmare when trying to get them to cancel my Mom's policy and gave her a hard time about cancelling her policy and LIED by trying to demand the new policy when that is not at all required. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I've had insurance with Allstate in SC for 20 years, they have been excellent! We moved our main home to Florida 2 years ago and switched to this office, thinking we would get the same treatment, not close! I still use Allstate at our California home, they have been wonderful also! This office is terrible, if you like condescending people that think they are doing you a favor, and high prices, this is the office for you!
