  Once again, when simply trying to send an envelope and get a receipt that I am treated like an interruption. Arrived at 9AM, door locked, then Fedex employee, comes outside to smoke a cigarette and thereby delayed 9AM opening by several minutes. This is the WORST fedex office ever!

  Poor service !!! Waiting in line to be next the manager blonde lady takes a guy that walked in after me!!! I put my stuff on the counter. She said I’ll be with you after him. Another employee opens up a window. Takes other people I had to say can’t go over there. Yeah we all do the same. You’re the manager. Why didn’t you direct me over there when you see you’re gonna be tied up with this customer very poor service.
