  The small girl named Ariel.... literally yelling at my friends kid who is clearly on the spectrum over him taking a little longer to decide on what sandwich he wants.... slammed her hands on the counter and then walked off and was slamming boxes on the ground.... she definitely should not be working here. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional.

  Harmony made my subs at about 11pm tonight and she was SUCH A BALL OF SUNSHINE!! She was so helpful and the subs were delicious!

  Went into Subway after five years to get a buy one get one 50% off sub in the evening. The cashier told me the total to which I had asked if she was sure the discount was applied, and she said yes. Upon asking her for the receipt after paying I realized that she charged me full price and upon mentioning this she did not even bother to apologize or anything. She instead said “well if you want your money back you’re going to have to come when the manager is here” and continued to walk the other way. Very dismissive and rude, let alone incompetent. So now I have to figure out when the manager’s working and drive all the way back another day to get my money back because she apparently “doesn’t have the code to do anything about it.”
