  I went in there for a simple return I bought some touch up paint it was the wrong color. So I brought to a RUDE black guy behind the counter didn't say hello nothing just flat out RUDE!!! I work in customer service I don't treat my customers that way. He said where's the package I told him I didn't have it but I had the receipt he said loudly and rudely that he was going to do it this one time but I told him no thanks because of his attitude!!!

  I always love the customer service at this store. Ken continuously goes above and beyond and is always super friendly and very helpful with explaining things. He has saved us hundreds and hundreds of dollars just by giving us great advice. We will always continue to use the store and refer to our friends.

  On 7/28 on my way from Mulberry to Brandon the "check engine oil pressure" lite came on...I pulled into the Advanced Auto parking lot. Employee Courtney came out and added 1 qt of oil, which immediately ran out on the concrete...he said knew the oil plug was missing. He called Mavis Tires closet to them and explained the issue and said they could fix it if I brought the part, which I did. We had to wait for the tow truck there and they made sure we were comfortable while waiting...I highly recommend this location.
