  I would like to acknowledge the employees at the store for their excellent customer service. I shipped a package to AT&T… Their label so their issue really, but I needed to prove that it actually was received at the store and then was retrieved by the driver for the next step. Store manager Parth was wonderful and very patient in between many many customers helping me while providing great customer service to everyone else. If you need to ship via UPS in the New Port Richey/Trinity area, this is the place to go.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at this The UPS Store! I come to this locations for about last 5 years or more to ship packages and take care of an Amazon returns, and what could have been a frustrating or time-consuming process was made incredibly easy and stress-free by this store amazing staff. From the moment I walk in, I am alway greeted with friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful service. The team is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was handled correctly. They go above and beyond to answer my questions and make the entire process feel effortless. It’s rare these days to walk into a business and receive this kind of exceptional customer service. You can tell that the staff truly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. The store was clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming. My shipping and Amazon return are always handled quickly, and I walked out feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone who needs shipping, Amazon returns, printing, or other services. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I will absolutely be coming back! Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a great experience!

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. Parth helped me with a notarization and made the whole process quick and easy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Honestly, everyone at this location has always been helpful and courteous whenever I've visited. I highly recommend this UPS Store if you need notarization or any shipping and business services. Great customer service every time!

  I dropped off my Amazon return at the UPS Store in Trinity on Sunday, July 19, because they were open and I wanted to take care of the return as quickly as possible. I didn't use the return kiosk, but actually had an employee scan my return. By Thursday, July 23, Amazon’s tracking still showed that the package had not been received by UPS. I attempted to call the store, but no one answered the phone. When I went to the store on Friday, July 24, the employee working said they didn’t know what had happened to the package. He explained that all Amazon returns are placed in a bin and that my receipt (which I did receive) was proof that I had dropped it off. He also said there was nothing further he could do, and there was no manager available at the time. After leaving the store, I contacted Amazon, and they confirmed there was still no record of the package being received from UPS. Fortunately, after multiple calls to Amazon, they processed my refund. While I appreciate Amazon resolving the issue, I am very disappointed with the UPS Store’s inability to investigate or assist in resolving the missing package. I understand mistakes can happen, but I expected more effort to help locate the package or explain what the next steps should be.
