  I ordered online and I walk in to find him making my food wrong so I tried to help him out and he started yelling at me I have it on video also Massey was spraying for bugs while he was making my food

  Rude as hell. I ordered online and went to pick up my order and he was making my sandwiches as I walked in and I was telling him what they needed and he started yelling at me

  Walked in and was told they had a large Door Dash order and it would be awhile. Perfectly fine. Twenty minutes later, I order 1 foot long sub. The lady begins to prepare the sub and places the meat and cheese. Then she stops, doesn't move on the veggies, but starts a whole new order that isn't mine. I ask her about it and she said she stopped my order prep to do a new Door Dash order. Now I have been there 30 minutes. I ask her to finish my 1 sandwich before moving on the a new order, and she refuses. She said she has a system and if her manager were there, he would explain it to me...because I need an explanation of why she won't finish 1 order before moving to a new one. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS PLACE. RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE. MANY MORE SUBWAYS THAT ATTEND TO THEIR IN PERSON CUSTOMERS.

  I don't know if the employee today is purposely trying to sabotage this subway or if she was having heat problems from being in that oven of a store. There was so much salt and pepper on all of the sandwiches that it made then inedible! That was all you could taste. We ended up throwing all of them away and having to go somewhere else. We even tried to take paper towels and dab the salt and pepper off, and it was still the worst experience we've ever had.
