  Well what can I say about this place I visit this place frequently that's how wonderful kind, and respectful the whole (staff) has treated me for Thea herself has always tried to get me accommodated and best rates the location is convenient for many things.....

  The shower curtain was dirty and smelly. I am 4'9 and my legs hit the door I got injured from that. Also, the floor was very dirty.When I used their towels, my skin started itching. The worst thing is that the coffee machine is right by the sink and I didn't come with all the amenities.if I could rate it lower , I would.

  I would never book here again. Insect infestation is terrible here. Told front desk to make a change she got upset. Never again

  Edit: Dropping to 1 star since it looks like I was bitten in the night. TBD if it was bedbugs. That would be a nightmare. It's a Best Western. Temper your expectations. The floor of the room was sticky but otherwise clean. The hot water was finicky. The AC unit is loud. The eggs were like plastic. Let's call the experience nostalgic.

  Thea and Ashley are great at front desk so welcoming. Rooms are clean
