  The staff was very helpful and took the time to customize my box to fit what I needed to ship. I really appreciated that they were willing to make the adjustments to help me find the best shipping rate. The service was friendly, helpful, and made the whole shipping process much easier. I definitely appreciate the great customer service!

  I love this location! I am constantly here shipping art pieces and Prince is so patient and creative when custom making boxes for shipments. They’ve always made sure my packages arrive in a timely manner as well. If you ever need any assistance while you’re here, Prince is the person to speak with 😊

  First thing I noticed is the store was very clean and organized. I returned my Spectrum equipment here and left with a clear receipt showing the dropoff and got an email from Spectrum confirming I turned it in. Much better than waiting at a crowded Spectrum store. They do this for other tech service companies as well so that is a huge benefit. The location is great also as it avoids the congestion of downtown Temple Terrace and the USF area. Open on Sunday which is great because sometimes you can't waste a day waiting for the usual workweek to begin for shipping or other services they provide.
