  I have always had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is friendly professional and very helpful. It's refreshing to find a team that consistently provides excellent customer service.

  Shipping is fine but god forbid you need assistance with anything. 3 people working and yet not one willing to help us. A few months back I needed help taping a box and was told they would have to charge me to help! Today hubby needed to get fingerprints and the machine was being difficult. When we asked for help we were told to call the 800 number and were ignored. Horrible service, it should be called customer dis-service. Worst attitudes and location ever!
