  This store has nice employees, I go out of my way to go to this location. One guy did make an error installing my battery, but ultimately fixed it and took accountability

  My cars battery died and I went straight to Advance. I was helped very promptly and I noticed all the other customers seemed to be helped in similar fashion. Shout out to Paul who helped me with my purchase and with the battery installation! Thanks! Very good service, would recommend.

  Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This particular visit took a little longer than usual, only because their associates were involved with other customers. This is sometimes a good sign of their dedication and personalized attention to their customers. I won't let one day deter me from visiting again.

  I walked in the store, asked a sales associate for assistance about the size of a car part. The sales associate stated to me that he will not be able to give me any information about my car part. He politely walked me over to the car part that I needed, then stated once I buy it I will not be able to return it which is understandable. Rudely out of nowhere the sale associate stated to me every piece of merchandise has a alarm sensor as if I was going to steal a $5.00 piece of plastic. The tall sales associate working there today needs to be retrained on customer service.
