  ordered via the app showed up and the store was closed, as we were leaving the employee showed up (mins after open time) then told me that they had to bake the bread etc so they could not make our order

  I barely leave reviews but I just wanted to leave one for Kingston. I originally went to the subway in Holiday on U.S 19 and from the moment I walked through the door, I had an unwelcoming attitude from the the only employee working. We got as far as getting mayo on the bread and told her we were leaving to go somewhere else because her attitude was that horrible. So we came to this subway and Kingston was amazing, despite me not realizing they closed at 9 and we walked in right before close, he respectfully made me aware but not until after he listened to my rant about the other lady lol and made my 4 sandwiches. I didn't even realize I walked in that close to closing time but I just wanted to show my gratitude for providing excellent customer service.
