  I barely leave reviews but I just wanted to leave one for Kingston. I originally went to the subway in Holiday on U.S 19 and from the moment I walked through the door, I had an unwelcoming attitude from the the only employee working. We got as far as getting mayo on the bread and told her we were leaving to go somewhere else because her attitude was that horrible. So we came to this subway and Kingston was amazing, despite me not realizing they closed at 9 and we walked in right before close, he respectfully made me aware but not until after he listened to my rant about the other lady lol and made my 4 sandwiches. I didn't even realize I walked in that close to closing time but I just wanted to show my gratitude for providing excellent customer service.

  I came in about 30 minutes before close in a bad mood after a long day and had an amazing interaction with Rut. Rut, despite the fact that I came in 30 minutes before closing, happily assisted me and never gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience or an annoyance. I’ve worked in fast food myself and I know how it can feel when you’re so close to being done with the day. I really appreciated Rut making conversation with me and having good energy! I can only hope Rut is working the next time I come!
