  The amount of people waiting for orders is insane. At least 10 people in the lobby and it wasn't even dinner time

  Wing prices are more expensive than Buffalo Wild Wings now. They increased the price by like $6. A 10 piece is around $15 now, and almost $18 for all flats. Pretty insane. I'd like to revise this review. I believe the lady who was working the register saw this review because the next day, I was given a free drink and she was very nice to me on the phone and in person. She was not yelling at her employees anymore and seemed to be more polite overall. She might have just been having a bad day. The wings are amazing but the customer service of the evening shift crew is awful. I walked in to place an order for 10pc original wings and I was greeted with an awful attitude and just a toxic atmosphere. She told me to wait and that she had to complete some mobile orders. I was ignored for over 10 minutes before she took my order. While I was waiting for my wings, she accused someone of recording on their phone and berated her fellow employees. (It is a public place and no wonder you're paranoid about someone recording...) She just presented an overall awful attitude the entire time. I will never come here during evening hours again. Fortunately, the night crew is much more pleasant to deal with.

  Shoutout to Nicole at Wingstop for great customer service! She was super helpful and kept everything running smoothly. She had the online orders in and out real quick.. I just randomly stop for an evening snack. Food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. Definitely one of the better Wingstop experiences I’ve had. I’ll be looking to hire Nicole for my company. She’s great!!

  Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered my food in person this evening and got it very quickly and it was fresh and hot. Ava at the register seemed sweet and made an extra effort to figure out how to type my order in correctly when I asked for light sauce. This was my first time eating wing stop but I will be back to try their other flavors. Be aware that there are no tables inside though, so you can’t eat your food in there. There is one table I saw outside. This is more of an express take-out location.
