  Doors lock I thought it was for safety. When they opened the door to let a customer out. The employee didn’t want to take a small package that was all ready

  I've been using this UPS Store location for nearly 10 years, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and efficient. I recently had the opportunity to meet the owner (and head janitor!), and I really enjoyed commiserating with him. As a head janitor myself, it's always nice to meet someone who understands business and franchising. Thank you to the entire team for providing such great service over the years. There can occasionally be a bit of a wait, but that's simply because it's a busy, well-run location. It's well worth it.

  I absolutely love this store! I use it for returns and for printing, and they are always so fast and so friendly!! Special shout out to Dean who has helped me more than once to create posters, and he was so patient and showed me so many different options. Great guy! And the color printing costs were surprisingly low in my opinion. Management and everyone is always super nice.
