  These folks will charge you for anything. If you ask a question there is a charge. Rude front desk - terrible. If the franchisor is paying attention they need a full reset. Start with ownership who clearly don’t care. Horrid.

  After having a very disappointing experience at a different UPS location, I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care that I received at this UPS location. I needed their notary services and they attended to me right away and notarized my documents. I had arrived there at 6:05 PM and they closed at 6:30 PM, and never once did they rush me. I had gone to a UPS on Howard Street, which had said the notary services were there until 6:30 PM, and when I arrived at 5:15 PM, they said that the notary person had left, I was so disappointed! (Do NOT go to that other UPS!). This location more than made up for it!

  First time visiting this UPS Store and I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork and collaboration from the entire staff. I came in needing a digital passport photo, and everyone immediately jumped in to help each other and make the process easy for me. Friendly, approachable, and truly customer focused. Great experience! Keep up the good work Carlos and Gianni !!

  Asked if they could print a few pages for my wedding. And told they said, we’ll get it done in a few days. I said we just needed two pages printed on paper and he said nope. Not even a sorry. Not asking one of the other ten people working there. Nothing.
