    The first few times, the service and quality were immediate—it was definitely worth the wait! I’d give it anywhere from 5 to 8 STARS... I even complimented them on the service... But I went recently—the last time 😭 was really... 2 STARS. Las primeras veces fueron atención y calidad inmediata en ocasiones valía los minutos de espera !!!! Pondría 5 hasta 8 ESTRELLAS .... felicité Agradecido de su atención.....Pero hace poco fui ...la última vez 😭fue muy ...2 dos ESTRELLAS

    Charging $3.50 to print a label and refusing to accept a damage packet that they delivered damaged to my resident so when I returned the package completely closed and unboxed she refuse to to accept it and refused to tape up the small area ! She said it's a liability and that UPS cannot be held responsible if damaged or lost item upon returning.. she said if I wanted to buy tape she will accept the return package... but she stated I cannot use the tape she had in her hand...pure corporate gauging take back your buying power use other alternatives private courier delivery services..

    I paid this location to ship a cell phone through UPS, and the package was marked as delivered but never received. I provided the receipt and tracking information, but the store refused to help initiate an investigation or claim, repeatedly sending me in circles between the store and UPS customer service. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer support. Customers should not be left alone after paying for a shipping service and losing a package.
