  Worst ups in Tampa , the old lady on glasses is so rude , she doesn’t want to help the customer and she have really bad manners . I don’t why she still working at this store with all those bad reviews about her . I think maybe to be rude is one of the requirements to work there . Shame on the owner to have someone like her . The only ups you have to pay for freaking piece of tape . And plus that they treat you like shit

  While at the UPS store at N. Himes and Busch Blvd. I had dropped off a package early Friday morning and had noticed there was no movement with my package I had sent on the following Tuesday afternoon when I tried to track the package. Ines, was extremely helpful in how to file a claim on the package location. UPS was able to find the package a couple of days later and it was delivered to its location. Thank you, Ines for the great service in rectifying this matter!

  Best UPS store in Tampa, whether I’m in there dropping off a package, getting docs printed or getting something notarized the service is bar none. Ines especially is awesome and makes sure that the rest of the team is too

  .Una buena experiencia .excepcional trato de la señora .a pesar de que estaba trabajando sola es muy .capaz rápida .muy profesional y sobretodo muy humana y comprensiva con todas las personas que atienden. Gracias a Dios porque existen personas como ella .porque trabajar con el publico es dificil.

  I have been going to ups for my business for over 10 years now. And for the last 4 years I’ve been going to this store because it’s the closest to my business address. EVERY time time I’m here they are slammed. What’s worse is the small old lady with glasses they have in charge is absolutely ABISMAL with customer service. She is mean and dismissive to everyone. I had a lost package that I was sent to by UPS corporate to go file there (because it was the place it was sent out of)and she couldn’t care LESS about helping me find my very important business documents. I’m there every week, this woman is ruining your location. I will be going elsewhere.
