  I went on the store website and selected a 6pm appointment for taking fingerprints. I get to the store at 530pm, well before the appointment time, and show the young lady my printed appointment letter and she tells me they will only do fingerprints one hour before the store closes. The store closes at 6pm. I asked her why did the website allow me to make the appointment? I drove all the way down there because I had the appointment. She said she has been asking them to change that for the longest time. In the end the young lady would not honor my appointment, which is bad business. So something needs to change here, either change your website so you can only make an appointment until 5pm or get an employee who will do the appointments up to 6pm. I have never had problems with UPS before. But this situation left much to be desired.

  Sometimes you don't know what you're gonna get at a UPS store. But Abby at the UPS onHoward and Swann Ave's., in Tampa, was terrific and made my day much easier!! Above and beyond service with the nice customers and the jerks. Thank you, Abby.

  The team and products available at this store never disappoint. Most recently, I needed to ship an larger item to the West Coast. They had a better variety of large boxes than other stores in the area and knew what they had on hand. I called and Alexes told me the sizes and how many they had on hand. Super helpful and solved my problem. Much appreciated as always!

  DO NOT BOTHER. The service could not be worse at this store. First of all, each time I have come, different staff each time. At Christmas, I came to deliver my packages for my family several states away. They hastily printed the labels and grouped them altogether---they sent the wrong package to the wrong person. Yesterday, I had an apptmt as made on line for getting my fingerprints scanned. When I arrived at 5:30 pm, my appointment time, and the store closes at 6:30 pm, a young sassy staff person informed me they don't do prints 1 hr before closing. There was nowhere where this information could be found at the store or from the online reservation made. She could have cared less. When I asked to speak to the manager, she had already left for the day and when I called today, she had left by 2pm. THERE ARE FAR BETTER UPS STORES closeby on Platt and Channelside which I use all the time and they have the same staff year after year. I made the mistake of using this one because those stores don't do fingerprints with printscan. I will NEVER return. The service is worse than mediocre.
