  I have come here many times for returns and I am very impressed with Alexis because she always provides excellent service. She is friendly, hardworking, patient and greeting every customer with a smile and a pleasant voice.

  I had the BEST customer service EVER this morning at the Swann Ave/Tampa store. Alexis was the MOD. Wow! I came in stressed with 7 heavy boxes and she made things so easy for me. She weighed and measured each box and gave me estimates and choices of arrival dates. My stress was gone and the estimate I chose for all those boxes fell right into my budget. She was so efficient that I was out of the store in a matter of a few minutes. And she did it with a smile! This is why all my shipping needs will be done from this store. Again, thank you!!!

  Super disappointed with this UPS. I called in the morning to make sure that they had a notary, they said that they had notary services until closing, which was 6:30 PM. I arrived at 5:15 PM after work ready to get my documents notarized only for them to tell me that the person had left for the day. I mentioned that when I had called the notary was supposed to be there till 6:30 PM, and their response was “ Well, she left for the day” No explanation no reason no apology. How unprofessional! I will never be returning to the store!
