Today, I tried to return a computer in the original box I received via UPS, including the prepaid label. However, at this store, they insisted that I need to purchase a new box, cost around 30-40$ as per their policy, even though I asked them to print the shipping label and check. They wouldn’t listen. So, I went to a different UPS store, and I had no issues at all. They told me there was no such policy. What is the new box policy? Please let me know, I will remove this review. Thanks

Horrible customer service for the few employees they have that actually work. They are so inconvenienced by actually having to do their job.
