  Amy runs a tight ship with incredible efficiency. Never met a kinder employee doing such a complex, difficult, physically and mentally taxing job. She simultaneously and effortlessly assisted over 10 customers in my 20 minutes at the store - ALL by herself! She didn’t falter once, maintained such composure and assisted with so many different requests. Amy deserves a raise, a bonus, extra paid time off, and as much recognition as possible. This is my second time at this store and had her assistance both times, she’s left such a great impression that I’m using this location for all my services now on.

  I arrived to turn in my frontier router like instructed. When I arrived at this location, as soon as I open the door a lady immediately holds a sign up to my face saying “no Amazon returns” and says “no we can’t take that”. When I tried to tell her I was here for frontier she cut me off and simply repeated herself. Not a “hello”, “what are you here for today”, nothing. Will never use this location again.

  This UPS location gets the job done, but I would rather go to a different one. The environment isn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. There are some staff members who are kind and helpful, but most of the time there’s an older woman with short red hair, I think her name is Cathy, working there. I’ve been coming to this UPS location for years, and my interactions with her have consistently been unpleasant. During my visit today, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, which is the usual. The employees were talking with each other when I walked in. While using the self-service station for an Amazon return, I noticed the large poly bags were out of stock, so I politely asked if they had any more. She came over, took my item, abruptly asked where my QR code was, then took both my item and label to package it herself. There was no need for the rude or dismissive attitude. I was simply asking for assistance because the self-service station was out of supplies. The interaction made me feel like I was being a nuisance for asking a basic question. This wasn’t an isolated incident. Cathy has consistently been rude and dismissive toward me over the years. Another note is that I am not white. I’ve also noticed that she often seems much friendlier and more welcoming to white customers who walk into the store. Whether intentional or not, those repeated experiences have left me with a bad taste. I rarely leave negative reviews, but customer service and kindness go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was the last straw, and I won’t be returning to this location.

  There is an old lady who works here (I assume her name is Karen) and she is rude. Worst service ever.
