  I returned a package from Women Within they only allow you to use UPS unfortunately in the instructions is not clear as to what you need to put the box where the item is inside so they just charge me $5 for a bag so that I can send the item in its original box also items boxes have to be completely taped I spent $5 in shoes that don't fit and I had to return

  They do not carry any UPS boxes for shipping and try to make you purchase boxes and then when you ask them to order in boxes, they will not do it. This is the only UPS location I’ve been to that does not have UPS boxes available.

  I had a horrible experience today with a worker at this location, he was rude and condesending. His ethnicity is Indian and from the reviews i've read he has treated others poorly also. If he does not like his job he should simply not work at a place that includes customer service. If this is an on-going issue with this worker something should be done.

  Elle was very nice and helpful, on the other hand George was not at all, he should help his coworkers more and be nicer.
