  Sofia at the store was extremely helpful and patient with me, right around closing too. Love the work these women are putting in to make the customer experience as comfortable as possible.

  This UPS store is awesome, the staff is super helpful and friendly all around. Especially Sofia who is an absolute powerhouse. She’s helped me with notary services, shipping and all sorts of questions. With as much as she works, she deserves a promotion! Thanks so much all.

  I showed up last minute with several Amazon packages and they were all in disarray, box needed for one, label for another and one I’d accidentally set up for pick up at my house. Steven, Xuan and Jaimin were rockstars and knocked out all of my needs with time to spare before closing! With customer service like that, this will be my go to UPS store! It’s worth the extra drive!!
