  I had an Amazon return that asked me to pack it. I brought it in this UPS store in the same box and packaging that Amazon sent it in, which was ridiculously huge. He repacked it for me with no charge and gave me great, quick service.

  This UPS location has the sweetest most friendliest, kindhearted owner and staff in the Tampa area. I am always satisfied with their service. You all should be very proud of the excellent service you provide for our community. I wish I could give you 10 stars as opposed to only 5.

  Today I had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store at 12191 W Linebaugh Ave in Tampa. I had several different items to return to Amazon, and both representatives I dealt with — a very helpful young man and a kind store owner lady — were patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They made everything so much easier for me. I also want to thank them for keeping a product I had accidentally left behind at the store and reminding me about it when I returned. I really appreciated their honesty and thoughtfulness. It is refreshing to receive such good customer service. Thank you both for being so helpful and taking such good care of your customers! I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this UPS Store!

  Service here was terrific! Above working to get my package out to the necessary destination, the store manager provided another service by walking me out to my vehicle . i was using a walker due to an injury and he recognized that it would be helpful to me to have a door opened and assisted to my vehicle. That sure was an added service that he did not have to offer !! Kudos to him and that will be my regular UPS stop from here on in !! With appreciation !
