  This is my preferred store for shipping important documents. Even though it is a chain, this family-run location delivers the small business experience where you feel like a valued customer. Not just the owner (who is often on site), but her employees take the effort to answer your questions, pack your important shipments carefully, and provide good customer service. Everyone answers your questions patiently- over the phone or in person. This kind of excellent customer service is a breath of fresh air. I will be back, and recommend the store highly to anyone requiring high fidelity shipping and tracking services.

  I love this store! They are always super attentive and nice. No issues at all dropping off my return at UPS. The process was quick, easy and the employee helping me was friendly and efficient. I was in and out fast, which is always appreciated. Definitely made returning a package way less stressful than expected! I will always come back here.
