  The service is very slow . Only one person doing both in store and online order . No seperate gloves for the veggie delite as I am a pure vegetarian . Today I almost spent 45 minutes in the line

  I called the manager on 10/05/23 around 11:30am. I shared some concerns on a visit that I went the day prior around 8:15pm on some sub sandwiches but he deliberately did not want to acknowledge my concern defending the sub preparer that night. I also mentioned that it was very hot inside the store as it seemed the A/C was out which we couldn't eat in. The manager told me that it looks like I was just calling to just complain and that he was going to take my concerns and place them in the trash..I called again to deliberately take his name and he told me not to call this number again. I didn't not expect this type of service from this Subway and as a customer I would not go there again and I would not recommend this specific Subway again to no one. This is the Subway in the Tampa palms area at 16047 Tampa Palms Blvd W Space #59, Tampa, FL 33647.

  I wish I could leave zero stars. There is never more than one person working here and the one person will be untrained and slow as molasses. You will be there for 45 to 60 minutes getting just one sub. Today I needed to go there, even though I knew there might be a long wait, and low and behold there was no wait. I was happy, until I found out that everything was frozen including the vegetables. You could only get ham because all of the other meats were frozen together. Anyway, we figured it out and I got 3-6” inch subs. When I got home I found out the bread was stale and old from yesterday, it was disgusting. Avoid this subway at all cost.
