  I used to be a line supervisor at Subway, and I can tell you this a subway I can frequent pretty comfortably. Clean, efficient, soft bread and cookies, good portioning, proper glove use, competent staff. Well-run and a great example of what a Subway should be! I would upload a picture but I ate it all already.

  If you watch closely you can repeatedly see the workers violate basic health code regulations. I eventually found out one of the people I saw doing this was none other than the Supervisor. She was a mean old woman who was rude to customers and never changed her gloves. Only eat here if you're ready to take some risks for a sub.
